A city man was arrested on several motor vehicle charges after state police say he crashed into two Stamford police cruisers on a highway ramp.
The two Stamford police cars were parked on the northbound entrance ramp at Exit 8 shortly after 2 a.m. Sunday, according to a state police incident report.
