Two Norwalk men arrested Monday evening and charged with stealing a Ford Explorer were being sought by Greenwich police for the attempted theft of a motorcycle in Greenwich earlier that night, police said.
The sport utility vehicle was pulled over Greyrock Road, and when police talked to Buruca, who was driving the SUV, he smelled of alcohol and could not produce a drivers license, Cotto said.
