Jonathan Brooks-Brown, 25, of 2219 Kimball St., Philadelphia, was charged Saturday with creating a public disturbance, interfering with an officer and second-degree criminal mischief.
Rohan Minott, 42, of 15 Carolina Road, was charged Friday with possession of narcotics, sale of certain illegal drugs, and a non-student near school grounds.
